The Cuvée L'Acadie Brut 'Méthode Traditionnelle' sparkling wine is a staple of our portfolio. Made from our estate L'Acadie Blanc, this non-vintage wine is crafted to showcase our true Maritime terroir.

Tasting Notes: Rich and toasty, this sparkling wine shows all of the hallmarks of the Traditional Method while still retaining its classic L'Acadie Blanc profile. Citrus, apple, and straw notes blend seamlessly with buttery brioche. Crisp and dry, this wine is the perfect pairing for a Nova Scotia lobster roll.
