2018 Baco Noir
Hand harvested from October 19th-22nd, 2018. Destemmed and macerated for 8-10 days. Medium + toast levels on American Oak alternatives. Bottled March 31st, 2019.
Nose of bright berry fruit accentuated by vanilla and spice notes from American Oak. The Palate is rich and structured with a lovely balance. Serve slightly chilled at 16-18 °C.
