NV Sparkling Rosé

Blended from L'Acadie Blanc and Léon Millot grown along Woodside Rd., near Canning. The warmer slopes of the North Mountain add texture to the wine, with bright fruit complimenting the classic Nova Scotian acidity. 

Tasting Note:

Fruit-forward with a vibrant pink mousse, shows aromas of bright berry fruits and yellow peach. Ever so slightly off-dry with a creamy finish.
