2021 Reserve Chardonnay

Only produced in the finest vintages, our Reserve Chardonnay is based on our "Old Block", planted in 1996 with other estate vineyards filling out the blend. Wild fermented in French oak barrels and puncheons with full malolactic fermentation. Aged on lees for 12 months before blending and bottling completely unfined and unfiltered. 

Tasting Note:

The nose shows aromas of ripe Golden Russet apples, yellow plums, lemongrass, and hazelnut, all framed by a hint of sweet oak. Appropriate for cellaring up to 5 years.
