Destemmed and macerated for 8-10 days. Medium + toast levels on American Oak. Bottled May 2020.
The 2019 Baco Noir has a nose of bright berry fruit accentuated by vanilla and spice notes from American oak. The palate is rich and structured, with a lovely balance characteristic of the vintage. A classic Nova Scotian Baco Noir, this is the perfect pairing for the outdoor grill. Serve slightly chilled at 16-18 °C.
