Made in the 'Méthode Traditionnelle', An aromatic blend of estate-grown Seyval Blanc, L'Acadie Blanc, and Chardonnay. Hand-harvested early in the season. Produced with a lower level of effervescence, this wine possesses a smoother, creamier bubble for a refreshing sparkling wine.

Clean, crisp, and refreshing on the palate. Displays fresh fruit flavours with a smooth bubble with a very clean finish. Extra Dry.
